Since forming Bridge Roofing Ltd in 1993, the business has grown in both size and stature and offers a competitive service to private and domestic customers within the M25 region. We take pride in the fact that no job is too small with works ranging from a slipped tile to complete roof renewal.  Over the years, we have discovered that the majority of home owners seem to neglect the maintenance of their roof and often take the view that 'out of sight is out of mind'. By having your roof overhauled you can prevent further works being required that may need more attention. If your roof covering has passed its life expectancy and would benefit from a renewal, we will visit your property free of charge and provide a full survey.

  • How long does a job take?

    The only answer to this is that 'it depends'. Scaffolding is required for all but the smallest repair jobs and it will normally be erected in a day. A full re-roof of a terraced house would take 3-5 working days. 

  • Do I need to take time off work?

    Probably not. All work is done from the outside of the building. As long as we have access to water and power (an extension cable through a loft window is fine) you can leave us to it. 

  • Do I need to clear the loft?

    Stripping your old roof covering is inevitably a dirty job. We can cover the contents of your loft with a tarpaulin, but if you are storing delicate or valuable items we recommend that you remove them before we start work.

  • What happens if it rains?

    As soon as your old roof covering is removed we install new underlay felt. Though primarily a form of insulation, it is sufficiently waterproof to keep your loft dry until the new roof covering is laid. If the Great British weather takes us by surprise, we always have tarpaulins to hand.
